At AllisianaMiche', we take pride in delivering high-quality products and appreciate your support in making this journey possible. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages & Issues

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at allisianamiche@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work to find a resolution.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel, accessories, and all custom or limited-edition products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Any product that has been worn, used, or altered after delivery

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

We do not offer returns or refunds for orders shipped to the EU under the 14-day cooling-off period. All purchases are final.
